This role blends technical plumbing knowledge with consultative selling: evaluating jobs on-site, preparing detailed estimates and proposals, presenting options to customers, and closing the sale. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in a crawl space assessing a repipe and across the table from a homeowner or property manager earning their trust.
