The Assistant Manager of Campus Facilities performs comprehensive building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs. They are also responsible for preventive maintenance programs, regulatory compliance, and ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
Candidates should ideally have a high school diploma and a trade school certification in commercial/industrial electrical work. Preferred experience includes three to five years in electrical trades and three years in plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, or masonry.
