The role involves driving large manual transmission scaffold trucks and transporting heavy materials to setup areas. The candidate will also assist in staging materials and leading a small crew of 2-3 people during scaffold erection.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license, at least 3 years of driving experience, and proficiency in driving large stick-shift vehicles. Physical ability to lift heavy materials and comfort working at significant heights are essential.

About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, physically capable, and safety-minded Scaffold Driver / Scaffold Crew Lead to support our scaffold operations.
This person must be able to drive a large manual transmission / stick-shift scaffold truck, safely load and unload heavy scaffold materials, and carry equipment from the truck to the area where the scaffold will be erected.
Scaffold setup experience is not required. We can train the right person in how to set up scaffolds. However, the candidate must already be comfortable with heavy lifting, large trucks, job site work, and heights.
