The Accounts Payable Specialist will provide support to the IPP, Development, and Corporate Accounting teams by ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Responsibilities include managing the P2P process, reconciling vendor statements, and handling vendor inquiries.
Candidates must have 2-3 years of full cycle accounts payable experience, with real estate industry experience considered an asset. Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills are required to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Position Summary:
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist (12-Month Contract) to join us. The successful candidate will provide accounts payable support to the Income Producing Properties (IPP), Development, and Corporate Accounting teams, while helping to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. This role reports to the Manager, Accounts Payables.
