The Senior RFP Analyst will coordinate the end-to-end RFP, RFI, and DDQ response process by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions. Marqeta is looking for a Senior Analyst, RFP Operations to support and scale our RFP, RFI, and DDQ response process.
In this role, you will act as the day-to-day coordinator for live RFPs, partnering with Sales, Solutions, Product, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to keep projects moving and ensure responses are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
You will also help maintain Loopio, Marqeta’s RFP response platform, by supporting library upkeep, review cycles, content updates, and process improvements.
This role is a good fit for someone who is highly organized, comfortable managing deadlines, strong with cross-functional coordination, and able to bring structure to a fast-moving process.
We work Flexible First. This role can be performed remotely anywhere within Ontario or British Columbia, Canada. We’d love for you to join us!

When determining salaries, we consider several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and work location. The new-hire base range for this position, reflected in CAD, is: $88,300 - $110,400
