What you’ll do:
Drive new business growth by selling ADP’s cloud‑based HCM solutions (payroll, HR, tax, benefits) to small businesses (1–49 employees) through field and virtual sales.
Prospect, engage, and close deals using a consultative B2B sales approach, working with business owners and HR, payroll, and finance decision makers.
Develop new clients, expand existing accounts, and achieve defined sales and activity targets.
Partner closely with banking partners, nurture referral relationships, and convert partner leads into new business.

Proven success in sales, new client acquisition, and territory management
Self‑motivated and resilient, comfortable with cold calling, time management, and professional communication

Running a full sales cycle from prospecting, vetting potential clients, presenting/demoing products, and closing the deal

Uncapped commission with accelerators, paid out monthly. Actual OTE is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Promotion progression- This role is designed with a built-in progression. You come in as a District Manager, but we don’t expect you to perform at full quota immediately. There’s a ramp period where you’re learning and building your book of business, and once you hit those milestones, there’s a clear promotion and compensation increase tied to it
