The Claims Representative is responsible for investigating and settling first-party automobile claims while providing prompt and fair service to customers. They manage claims from intake to resolution, maintain accurate file records, and process payments within their authority level.
Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma and experience handling automobile claims with an understanding of insurance terminology. Strong customer service skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems, and excellent communication skills are required.

Reporting to the Team Leader, this role is responsible for investigating and settling first-party automobile claims, providing prompt and fair service to customers, and managing claims via telephone from intake to resolution while maintaining accurate records.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $82,100
Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
