The Payroll Analyst is responsible for accurate payroll accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and managing large datasets within the ERP system. Candidates must have a diploma or degree in Payroll, Accounting, or Finance, along with 2-3 years of experience in both payroll processing and accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with payroll systems like Dayforce are essential for this role.

We are seeking a Payroll Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Payroll Team. The candidate is motivated to learn and adapt in a complex payroll environment with multiple payroll runs regularly, producing large volume of data for accounting entries and reconciliations. This role acts as a business partner within the Finance team to provide meaningful insights and analytics to operations on payroll accounting inquiries and variances. The Payroll Analyst has a sound knowledge of payroll processing to provide backup and support to payroll administrators and to the Payroll and Benefits Manager.
