WinnCompanies is searching for a Rotating Property Manager who will support multiple affordable housing properties at Edgewood Apartments, an 84-unit affordable housing unit located in Westfield, MA.
In this role, you will provide support alongside an existing property manager or as a short-term coverage for a property manager vacancy. Working at different sites within a designated region and as assigned to manage, market and maintain the apartment community and its residents and staff, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.
The pay range for this role is $28.22-$36.14 per hour dependent on experience. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
