WinnCompanies is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor II to join our team at Eastbrook Apartments, a 160-unit mixed-income housing community located in Springfield, MA.
In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations of the property, supervise maintenance staff at the property, perform maintenance functions, and ensure that the physical condition of the property satisfies ownership and management objectives.
The pay range for this role is $29.94-$38.34 per hour.
