The role is responsible for the intake, investigation, and finalization of card and payment disputes, including ACH and electronic fund transfers. It involves communicating with members to resolve issues while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and internal policies.
Requires two years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in fraud investigation or electronic funds transfer disputes. Visa Dispute or AAP certification is preferred.

Provides intake, processing, and finalization of all card and payment disputes. Investigates disputed transactions, communicates with members, and adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Ensures timely and accurate resolution while providing exceptional member service.
