The Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising maintenance staff and ensuring the property is maintained to company standards while staying within budget. They will oversee work orders, perform repairs on various systems, and ensure the community remains safe and compliant with all regulations.
Candidates should have at least two years of multifamily maintenance experience and one year of supervisory experience. An EPA certification is required, and a CPO certification is preferred.

The Maintenance Manager will coordinate with the Community Manager, Assistant Manager to increase the net operating income of the property by safely maintaining exterior and interior of property to RPM standards at or below the approved budget levels. The Maintenance Manager will contribute to resident retention by making repairs promptly, safely, and efficiently.
