The Lessons Lead is responsible for driving sales of lesson and rehearsal packages while ensuring a positive experience for students and customers. They also manage instructor schedules, oversee facility operations, and mentor staff to meet performance goals.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in musical instruction or retail administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to lift up to 25lbs are also required.
