The Keyholder assists with daily retail store operations, including sales, customer service, and safeguarding store assets. They are responsible for maintaining inventory integrity, managing POS transactions, and supporting store management in achieving performance goals.

Crew Position:
The Southern Tide Keyholder has responsibility for assisting with the daily operation of the Southern Tide retail store. This includes sales, serving the customer, and safeguarding the assets of the store. The following specific responsibilities supplement the overall duties:
