The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing daily repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance for the apartment community. They must also prepare vacant units for new residents and ensure all work complies with safety and company standards.
Candidates must have at least two years of maintenance or groundskeeping experience and possess a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license is required, and an EPA Section 608 certification is strongly preferred.

Position: Maintenance Technician I
Location: Bennett Creek, Jacksonville, FL, our 264-unit affordable residential community located in Jacksonville, FL 32216 (near Southpointe)
What we Offer our Maintenance Tech's:
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, one hour or 30-minute lunch, weekend rotation on Saturday and Sunday and on-call every other week
