Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field and a current, active Registered Nursing license in Florida. A minimum of two years of medical services administration experience and prior supervisory experience are required.

Pay: $80,000/annually

What you will do: The HSA ensures that the facility is compliant with all contracts, ACA standards and licensing requirements related to medical-related treatment. Monitors, evaluates, and determines appropriate levels of care; assures the delivery of essential care needs and quality of service provided; provides consultation services to assist in adhering to stands; does related work as required. Has managerial responsibility (both administrative and clinical) for the medical unit. Administers and coordinates all medical/dental/psychiatric service. Is on 24-hour call to respond to emergencies.
