Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader to join the Fortive Foundation team who is excited to build meaningful engagement between the Foundation, employees, and the community. Reporting to the Fortive Foundation Lead at Fortive and partnering closely with the Board of the Foundation, this leader will play a key role in developing strategy and driving the Foundation's commitment to making the world stronger, safer, and more productive. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, project management expertise, and a passion for leveraging essential technology to create positive change. They will demonstrate a successful track record of leading initiatives and employee activities, such as our Day of Caring, and engaging with community partners to develop meaningful impact. This position requires excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills. At Fortive, we are committed to creating a culture of inclusion and collaboration that encourages innovation and drives success.
