The VP of Sales, Mobility is responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for electrification technology in ground, marine, and other non-aviation mobility markets. This includes identifying new customers, building partnerships with OEMs, and closing sales deals to expand the company's market presence.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of senior-level sales experience, with 5+ years specifically in power systems or electrification technology. Proven ability to travel and experience in consultative selling within the mobility or marine sectors is required.

About the role: The VP of Sales, Mobility owns magniX's commercial strategy for applying its 800-volt battery, inverter, motor, and generator technology to mobility applications beyond aviation, including ground transportation, marine, and other emerging electrified transport platforms. The role is responsible for identifying and developing new mobility customers and partners who need aerospace-grade power density, safety, and reliability in mission-critical transport applications, and for building magniX's commercial presence in a market segment that is largely new territory for the company. This is an onsite role that requires travel, extensive dealmaking experience, negotiation of contracts, and a proven ability to close deals within this vertical.
Location: Applicants must be willing and able to commute to magniX's location in Everett, Washington.
Salary Range: $200k-$275k
