Requires a minimum of two years of experience providing trauma-responsive services to diverse or unhoused populations. A bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology is preferred, along with reliable transportation and fluency in Spanish or other languages.
Foundation Communities (FC) is seeking a Financial Case Manager to join the Financial Wellness Program. In this collaborative and dynamic role, the Financial Case Manager will support FC residents at-risk for eviction by (1) providing case management for residents experiencing a financial crisis resulting in difficulty meeting rental and utility obligations, and (2) processing monthly applications for emergency rental and utility assistance. This role will be primarily based at one of FC's Prosper Centers and is expected to travel to FC properties across Austin several days per week to meet with residents.

This is a full-time position working a 40-hour work week, $25.44/hour
