The supervisor is responsible for managing local accounts payable and receivable, credit control, and payroll reporting while overseeing administrative and customer service staff. Candidates must possess an Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business and at least four years of related experience. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are required to perform the essential duties effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities as a member of Branch staff, in accordance with Company policies and applicable laws. Directly supervises non-exempt administrative employees. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business and four years of related experience; or appropriate combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Duties will be performed primarily indoors in an office-type environment, with occasional work being performed in a warehouse and/or freezer (exposure to –15 degree temperatures).
