This role exercises independent judgment and advanced clinical skills to plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care. The coordinator collaborates closely with the clinic manager on operational activities, assists in the development and revision of unit-specific standards, and ensures patient rights and safety throughout the care continuum. The position also serves as a clinical resource to nursing staff, offering direction, consultation, delegation, and support in the planning and implementation of patient care. Responsibilities are carried out in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered service.
