This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.

Aspart ofthe New Glenn SEITSystem Engineering Center (SEC), you will manage a small teamthatprovides guidance and process control to the New Glenn program.Scope of the SEIT-SEC is todevelopprocesses and products for the design ofthe New Glennorbital launch vehiclessystemand facilities. You must have a passion for mission assurance, a commitment to the fundamentals of system safety,system engineering, tools developmentforsystem engineering needs;and a strong capacity to work collaboratively on complex and interesting new problemsacross the entire New Glenn Program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
Minimum of a B.S.degree in aerospace engineering or related field
10+years engineering experience in the aerospaceor engineeringindustry
3+management experience in a large development program at the system/program level
Experience with large development programs culture and risk posture
Enjoysa highly dynamic and fast paced environment
Experienced with process development for system engineering,system safety, and related tools processes such as IBM JAZZ,ISOGraph, andWindchilltools.
Experienced with rapidly streamlining implementation processes for a development environment
Experience in at least one of the areas of analysis, design, or integrated testing
