Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary liaison between vehicle technicians and clients to ensure high satisfaction. Oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of the auto service team while driving sales through vehicle inspections.
Requires a high school diploma, 4 years of auto service technical experience, and 1 year of experience as a service manager or writer. A valid automotive driver's license is mandatory for test driving customer vehicles.
