Provide direct coaching and support to pediatric patients in an inpatient psychiatric crisis stabilization unit. Lead scheduled activities and skills groups to promote healthy coping and social skills in a therapeutic environment.
Requires a BA/BS in a psychosocial field or equivalent experience, along with BLS certification. Must obtain Washington State Nursing Assistant registration, Safety Care, and Ukeru certifications within specified timeframes.
Required Education and Experience
BA or BS in psychosocial related field and/or equivalent education and direct experience
Required Credentials
Registration as a Nursing Assistant in Washington State within 6 months of employment.
Basic Life Support (BLS).
Safety Care certification (internal training) required within 3 months of hire and annually thereafter.
Ukeru training required within 3 months of hire and annually thereafter.
Preferred
Experience working with children or adolescents in group settings.
Preferred candidates will have bilingual skills.
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
This compensation range is specific to Seattle, positions located outside of Seattle may be compensated differently depending on various factors.
