The IT Coordinator will maintain and roll out IT hardware and software systems for the firm, serving as the first point of contact for end users. They will support the IT Manager in developing and executing the strategic plan for technology systems and infrastructure.

This position is based out of the San Francisco office; it is primarily in-office, but some hybrid schedule is possible once onboarding and orientation is complete.
Primary Responsibilities
The IT Coordinator will report to the IT Manager and is responsible for the maintenance and roll out of IT hardware + software systems for the firm. The IT Coordinator will support the IT Manager to develop and execute the strategic plan for firm-wide technology systems and infrastructure and help ensure the plan complements broader firm-wide initiatives.
This individual will serve as the first point of contact for end users, providing timely and effective technical support across hardware, software, and cloud-based applications in a fast paced environment.
Although we do have some Windows machines and servers, as well as many Windows VMs, we are primarily a Mac firm, and so some familiarity with macOS/iOS and Mac/iPhone/iPad hardware is a must.
