The role involves leading group and individual sessions to help participants manage chronic conditions through the six pillars of lifestyle medicine. Responsibilities include designing educational materials, collecting program data, and coordinating health education services.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field such as Public Health, Nursing, or Nutrition. Alternatively, a minimum of three years of experience in health-related education is required.
Presents, and educates on health education programs and services. This includes coordinating and delivering trainings or other educational encounters, assisting in maintaining and updating educational and training resources, and helping to collect and analyze data from classes and programs. Roles in this subfunction also assess and understand the individual needs of trainees, both from a classroom perspective and a broader population perspective.
