The Lifestyle Companion provides personalized social engagement, household logistics, and lifestyle coordination for individuals living with dementia. They work within an interdisciplinary team to support both the client and their family caregivers in maintaining independence and quality of life.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Gerontology or Social Work and possess at least two years of experience in dementia care. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this community-based role.

The Lifestyle Companion is a compassionate and resourceful professional dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals living with dementia and their unpaid caregivers (typically family members or loved ones). This role focuses on social engagement, household organization, and lifestyle coordination, creating meaningful, joy-filled experiences that support both the individual living with dementia and their caregiver.This is a flexible, community-based role with time spent in clients’ homes, community settings, and administrative planning. The Lifestyle Companion will work both independently and as part of a highly collaborative Dyad team, contributing to the overall well-being of clients and their families.
