Identify and engage qualified Home Care Aide candidates through proactive sourcing and screening. Guide candidates through pre-employment requirements including background checks and medical screenings to ensure onboarding readiness.
Requires experience in high-volume sourcing for healthcare or service-industry talent and proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems. A bachelor's degree or relevant experience is desired along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Institute on Aging is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our growing Home Care team in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate has experience sourcing and screening candidates in a high-volume metric-driven environment, and is comfortable working with hourly healthcare talent pools such as Home Care Aides.Main focus:
Building a strong pipeline of qualified Home Care Aide candidates through proactive sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement, supporting them through the pre-employment process, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the recruitment team for interview and hiring.
