Also, responsible for the operational and programmatic management of the designated shift; and assist in the professional growth and development of nursing staff, carries out supervisory responsibilities in according with the organization’s. This position is responsible for planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems when needed.
