Manage the due diligence process for new real estate investment opportunities and analyze datacenter properties using Argus Enterprise. Develop investment materials, financial models, and economic forecasts to drive business insights and maximize returns.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics and at least seven years of experience in a collaborative financial environment. Proficiency in advanced financial modeling and MS Excel is essential.
The Manager, Real Estate Investments will be responsible for managing and owning the diligence process for new real estate investment opportunities at QTS. This includes management of internal processes to ensure timely and accurate response, tracking deals, contacts and information across the organization for real estate investment optimization and assistance in managing projects from identification through completion.
