The Senior Manager leads and manages enterprise-wide EHS programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across data center sites. They are responsible for developing industrial hygiene strategies, conducting safety audits, and designing comprehensive training programs to mitigate operational risks.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation. Extensive experience in managing enterprise EHS management systems and industrial hygiene programs is required, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Who You Are: (Job Summary)
The Senior Manager, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) is responsible for leading and managing EHS programs across the organization. This role oversees the development, implementation, and ongoing management of EHS programs and compliance activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards. The Senior Manager works closely with site data center leadership and cross‑functional partners to identify, mitigate, and resolve EHS risks and challenges. In addition, the role provides leadership and support for new and evolving EHS initiatives, driving consistency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement across sites.
