The Implementation Project Manager oversees the end-to-end provisioning of custom data center and managed services for clients. They are responsible for project planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing customer relationships from post-sales through implementation completion.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in IT, project management, or service delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of data center infrastructure such as power, cooling, and connectivity are required.
The Project Manager I –Implementation is part of a dynamic team tasked with provisioning custom data center, colocation, critical facilities management, and managed services for our customer base within the QTS product portfolio. For this customer-facing role, the candidate will be required to implement complex solutions while creating and improving business processes and procedures. The candidate should be a highly-organized self-starter and be able to operate effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
