The Maintenance Technician will oversee daily maintenance operations, including completing service requests and managing unit turns. They are also responsible for leading the maintenance team and participating in the on-call rotation to ensure community standards are met.
Candidates must have at least two years of multifamily maintenance experience and a valid HVAC certification. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to live within a 20-mile radius of the property are also required.

This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
Most work occurs in an outdoor environment, with occasional off-site tasks as needed. All employees must adhere to the company's uniform policy, provided on the first day of employment.
