The Assistant Maintenance Technician will assist with daily service requests, unit make-readies, and general repairs including plumbing and electrical work. They will also collaborate with the Lead Maintenance Technician and participate in an on-call rotation to ensure community safety and functionality.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience and a valid HVAC license. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are also required.

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Maintenance Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. In this role, you will:
This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
Most work occurs in an outdoor environment, with occasional off-site tasks as needed. All employees must adhere to the company's uniform policy, provided on the first day of employment.
