The Sales Teammate is responsible for providing an enjoyable shopping experience by greeting guests, recommending merchandise, and assisting with sales. They also perform operational tasks such as cashiering, maintaining store cleanliness, and managing visual displays.
No prior experience or training is required for this position. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
Summary
The Sales Teammate position’s primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement: “To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.” Additionally, Sales Teammates perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by Store Management (e.g. cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities).
