The Lab Assistant II performs routine technical and clerical functions, including venipuncture and the receipt and distribution of laboratory specimens. They are also responsible for performing CLIA waived laboratory tests as requested.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and one year of laboratory experience or completion of a formal phlebotomy training program. Phlebotomy certification is required where mandated by state law.
