The Quality Specialist, Lead provides technical leadership for quality assurance, inspection, and verification activities across production and testing processes. They also lead quality improvement initiatives, manage corrective and preventive actions, and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or manufacturing, along with an associate degree or equivalent technical certification. A strong understanding of quality management systems, such as AS 9100 or ISO 9001, and the ability to interpret complex engineering documentation are required.

We are looking for a Quality Specialist, Lead to join our Houston (Pearland) team!
This person provides technical leadership for quality assurance, inspection, and verification activities throughout development, production, testing, and product acceptance processes.
Leads quality improvement initiatives, supports audit programs, and serves as a primary quality resource for resolving complex product and process quality issues.
Location: Houston, TX – Pearland
Hourly Rate: $30-$35/hour
