The Food Prep Worker assists culinary staff by preparing ingredients according to standardized recipes and production guidelines. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitized workstation and adhering to food safety policies.
Candidates should have knowledge of food prep methods and safety regulations, with the ability to obtain a food safety certification. Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods is required.
