The Community Life Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operation, safety, and guest services of the shelter environment. This role oversees facility safety and cleanliness, guest check-in processes, administrative support functions, and coordination of shelter activities and services. The Supervisor ensures a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment for guests, visitors, staff, and volunteers while supporting the Mission’s purpose of serving individuals experiencing homelessness.
This position combines operational oversight of shelter activities with front-line guest services responsibilities including intake support, communication, record management, and coordination with internal departments. The Supervisor works closely with leadership to ensure shelter operations run efficiently and guests are supported with dignity and respect.
