The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care, including assessments, care planning, and education for patients receiving infusion therapy in home or alternate site settings. Responsibilities also include managing schedules, documenting patient encounters, and participating in an on-call rotation to ensure continuous nursing support.
Candidates must hold a current RN license in good standing and have at least 3 years of nursing experience, with a background in infusion therapy preferred. Proficiency in IV access devices and the ability to drive to patient locations are required, along with a valid driver's license.
