Facilitate activities of daily living and provide individual and group psychotherapy for consumers with severe mental illness. Manage clinical documentation, medication monitoring, and ensure a safe, trauma-informed residential environment.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a human services field for RC II or pursuing one/CNA certification for RC I. Must be at least 21 years old and possess QMAP, CPR, and First Aid certifications.

Position Summary:
Residential Counselors facilitate and work with consumers on a variety of activities of daily living (ADLs) needed for consumers to become more self-sufficient and move toward recovery. Additionally, you will facilitate group therapy, manage intakes/discharges, monitor medications, create a safe environment for the consumers, help coordinate treatment, and advocate for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Responsible for direct service care to consumers as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Compensation & Benefits:
The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.

Work Location: 2829 W 33rd Ave, Denver CO
Shift/Hours: Awake Overnight, Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday 8pm - 8am.
Physical Requirements: Requires sitting, standing, bending, lifting. Must be able to perform a variety of household tasks, climb stairs, move throughout the house, and quickly respond to emergencies. May require lifting 50 pounds.
