The therapist is responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating treatment plans, and maintaining ongoing clinical documentation. They must also coordinate care with families, medical personnel, and school staff while meeting a weekly caseload target.
Candidates must hold a master's degree in a behavioral science field and be on track for or possess clinical licensure such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW. Experience with clinical documentation and the ability to pass a background check are required.
