Where You Will Work:
•We are a 30-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit.Our patient population consists of adult and geriatric medical and surgical critical care patients.
•We care for patients that require ventilators, central lines, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), mass blood transfusions, Targeted Temperature Management (TTM), and more!
•The MICU staffsand trains the facilities rapid response team.
•Wemaintainan operational Unit Practice Council (UPC) dedicated to enhancing the unit's policies and procedures, therebyoptimizingworkflow and elevating patient outcomes.
•Weprovidenumerousopportunities for professional development and educational advancement tailored to critical care.
•We foster a team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and mutual support to achieve shared goals.
