This role helps translate Fargo's vision into actionable priorities while ensuring alignment across Product Management, Product Delivery, Agent Experience & Development, Technology, AI/Model teams, Risk, Compliance, and Analytics.
Fargo is Wells Fargo's AI-powered digital banking assistant and one of the company's flagship customer experiences, delivering personalized guidance, proactive insights, and self-service capabilities to millions of customers. This role helps shape the strategy, operating model, and execution of one of the bank's most visible AI-powered platforms.
The role acts as the connective tissue across the Fargo organization, enabling leadership teams to operate at scale, accelerate decision-making, and improve execution against Fargo's key objectives of customer engagement, interaction growth, and call reduction.
This position combines elements of business management, strategy, portfolio management, communications, organizational effectiveness, and executive advisory responsibilities.
