The Lead Teacher is responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and maintaining a safe, organized classroom environment. They must manage child assessments, conduct parent-teacher conferences, and ensure the overall well-being of the children.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education (or 12 equivalent credits). Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and pass all background checks is required.

To be QUALIFIED for the Lead Teacher opportunity, we require a high school diploma and the ability to pass all background checks. We also require an associate's or a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a a completed associate's or bachelor's degree with at least 12 credits of early childhood education or their equivalent.
Required Shift: Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Compensation: $17-$19 per hour, based on education and experience
