Responsible for traveling to commercial properties to perform on-site cleaning and maintenance of HVAC systems such as cooling towers and chillers. Duties include operating service vehicles, using hand tools, and completing job reports with before-and-after documentation.
Applicants must have a valid Class 5 driver's license, a high school diploma, and the ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights. Flexibility for overtime, evening/weekend work, and travel across Canada is required.
