The Coordinator strengthens the City Centre Calgary Family Resource Network by building collaborative partnerships and improving service access for children, youth, and families. Key duties include leading network engagement, coordinating referral pathways, and managing data collection and reporting.
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field is required. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in community development, program coordination, or human services.
The FRN Network Coordinator strengthens and coordinates the City Centre Calgary Family Resource Network by building collaborative partnerships, supporting service integration, and improving access to services and supports for children, youth, and families across the network. Reporting to the FRN Supervisor, this position leads to network engagement, community outreach, school partnerships, referral pathway coordination, data collection, evaluation, and reporting.
The FRN Network Coordinator serves as a key liaison between families, network partners, schools, community stakeholders, and service providers to promote a connected and responsive system of support. Working closely with the Family Supports Navigator, the Coordinator helps strengthen referral pathways, identify service gaps and barriers, enhance coordination across partners, and support equitable access to services for families throughout the City Centre Calgary FRN.
