The Pre-Construction Coordinator supports the Operations team by preparing construction planning deliverables and formalizing documentation for client submissions. They coordinate project resources, manage subcontractor relationships, and assist with project startup activities to ensure a seamless transition into execution.
Candidates must have post-secondary education or a related trades certificate, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a PLT trades certificate considered an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous experience in powerline or industrial construction are highly valued.
Reporting to the Manager, Project Delivery, the Pre-Construction Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Operations team by preparing construction planning deliverables, formalizing documentation for client submission, coordinating project resources, and assisting with project startup activities. The Pre-Construction Coordinator will work closely with General Foremen, Project Managers, and Estimators in all operating regions to ensure projects are thoroughly planned, properly documented, and fully prepared for a seamless transition into successful execution.
