Responsible for back-of-house operations including food preparation and line cooking. Ensures high standards of safety and cleanliness while delivering an elevated guest experience.
Requires a passion for cooking with at least one year of experience and a commitment to learning a large menu. Must have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and effective communication skills.
