Lead and motivate a maintenance team to ensure the physical upkeep of the residential community and high resident satisfaction. Manage property budgets, oversee make-ready apartments, and implement safety and preventative maintenance programs.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and 2-4 years of experience in apartment maintenance or related trades. Must hold EPA, HVAC I & II, and CPO certifications, and possess a valid driver's license and basic hand tools.

Work is performed in both office and field environments within residential apartment communities. Position may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions, maintenance shops, construction areas, mechanical equipment, noise, dust, chemicals, and other conditions associated with maintenance operations.
Requires frequent walking of apartment communities, including climbing stairs and accessing maintenance, mechanical, and outdoor areas. Position involves standing, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting of equipment or materials up to 50 pounds. Must be able to inspect property conditions, operate office and maintenance-related equipment, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
